Pat Doody was director of human resources for a large engineering firm. Running many leadership seminars to influence managers to use better managing practices. She has taught the Blanchard model in Situation Leadership workshops. She is an expert on mentoring on how to have those crucial conversations with employees. Pat is a SCORE Volunteer and Subject Matter Expert.

Leslie Kulis was director of sales operations and customer service leading organizations of over 100 people. She reduced turnover in the customer service center from 35% to 5% in two years. She was nominated by an employee and received the Woman of Influence Award from CPBJ because of the large number of people she mentored throughout her 38 year career with Armstrong Flooring. Leslie is a SCORE Volunteer and Mentor
